Paris Midnight Blues Festival<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

Organised by Association Groov\u2019it<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Admission & Code of Conduct<\/em><\/h3>\n

The Paris Midnight Blues Festival aims to provide a safe, welcoming and respectful environment.<\/em>
All participants, volunteers, teachers, musicians and staff members must be able to enjoy the event without feeling threatened or unsafe.<\/em><\/p>\n

The organisers reserve the right to take any action they deem necessary in case of inappropriate, disrespectful, unsafe or harassing behaviour.<\/em>
This may include \u2014 but is not limited to \u2014 issuing a warning, removing the participant from part or all of the event, or refusing admission to future editions.<\/em>
No refund will be granted if exclusion occurs during the event.<\/em><\/p>\n

The organisers also reserve the right to refuse a registration.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

2. Levels<\/em><\/h3>\n

This year, no auditions<\/strong> will be held.<\/em>
Each participant selects their own level based on their dance abilities and the descriptions available on the website.<\/em><\/p>\n

However, the teaching team and the organisers reserve the right to move a participant to a different level if the chosen level clearly does not match their dancing skills. This decision is final and cannot be contested.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

3. Registration<\/em><\/h3>\n

Registration is completed through the Viens On Swing<\/strong> platform, including payment via HelloAsso.<\/em>
Payment can be made in one or two instalments.<\/em><\/p>\n

After submitting the registration form, each participant receives an email confirming:<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  • admission to the event, or<\/em><\/li>\n
  • placement on the waiting list (due to a full level or role imbalance).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Payment must be completed within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the confirmation email.<\/em>
    If payment is not received within this period, the registration is automatically cancelled.<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n

    4. Waiting List<\/em><\/h3>\n

    If a level is full or if there is a lead\/follow imbalance, the registration will be placed on a waiting list.<\/em>
    If a spot becomes available, people on the waiting list will be contacted in order of registration.<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n

    5. Cancellations & Refunds<\/em><\/h3>\n

    Refunds are available only upon presentation of a medical certificate<\/strong>, under the following conditions:<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    • More than 2 months before the event:<\/strong> 100% refund<\/em><\/li>\n
    • More than 1 month before the event:<\/strong> 50% refund<\/em><\/li>\n
    • More than 2 weeks before the event:<\/strong> 25% refund<\/em><\/li>\n
    • After this period:<\/strong> no refund<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Outside of these medical cases, the organisers do not issue refunds.<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n

      6. Pass Transfer<\/em><\/h3>\n

      Participants may transfer their pass in full<\/strong> under the following conditions:<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      • the pass must be transferred to someone of the same role (lead\/follow)<\/strong> and same level<\/strong>;<\/em><\/li>\n
      • the organisers must be notified via email with the full name and email address of the new participant;<\/em><\/li>\n
      • participants must handle the financial aspect of the transfer themselves.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The transfer is only valid after confirmation from the organisers.<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n

        7. Photos & Videos<\/em><\/h3>\n

        By attending the festival, participants agree to be photographed and\/or filmed, and authorize Association Groov\u2019it to use these images for the promotion of the festival or the association.<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n

        8. Programme Changes<\/em><\/h3>\n

        The organisers reserve the right to modify:<\/em><\/p>\n

          \n
        • the programme,<\/em><\/li>\n
        • the class schedule,<\/em><\/li>\n
        • the teaching lineup,<\/em><\/li>\n
        • venues, time slots, or any logistical element.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.<\/em><\/p>\n

          1. Admission & Comportement<\/h3>\n

          Le Paris Midnight Blues Festival souhaite offrir un environnement s\u00fbr, bienveillant et respectueux.
          Tous les participants, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, professeurs, musiciens et membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe doivent pouvoir \u00e9voluer dans un espace non mena\u00e7ant.<\/p>\n

          L\u2019organisation se r\u00e9serve le droit de prendre toute mesure jug\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaire en cas de comportement inappropri\u00e9, irrespectueux, dangereux ou harcelant.
          Cela peut inclure \u2014 sans s\u2019y limiter \u2014 un avertissement, l’exclusion de tout ou partie de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, ou le refus d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de futures \u00e9ditions.
          Aucun remboursement ne sera accord\u00e9 en cas d\u2019exclusion pendant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n

          2. Niveaux<\/h3>\n

          Cette ann\u00e9e, aucune audition<\/strong> n\u2019a lieu.
          Chaque participant choisit son niveau en fonction de ses capacit\u00e9s de danseur\u00b7se et de la description fournie sur le site.<\/p>\n

          L\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique et les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent toutefois le droit de changer une personne de niveau si celui-ci ne correspond manifestement pas \u00e0 sa pratique. Cette d\u00e9cision ne pourra pas \u00eatre contest\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

          <\/h3>\n

          3. Inscriptions<\/h3>\n

          L\u2019inscription se fait via la plateforme Viens On Swing<\/strong>, incluant le paiement (HelloAsso).
          Le paiement est possible en une ou deux fois.<\/p>\n

          Apr\u00e8s avoir rempli le formulaire, chaque personne re\u00e7oit un mail confirmant :<\/p>\n

            \n
          • soit son admission,<\/li>\n
          • soit son placement en liste d\u2019attente (niveau complet ou d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre leader\/follower).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Le paiement doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 dans les 7 jours<\/strong> suivant la confirmation.
            Sans paiement dans ce d\u00e9lai, la place est automatiquement lib\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

            <\/h3>\n

            4. Liste d\u2019attente<\/h3>\n

            Lorsqu’un niveau est complet ou d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, les inscriptions concern\u00e9es sont automatiquement plac\u00e9es en attente.
            Si une place se lib\u00e8re, les personnes sur liste d\u2019attente sont contact\u00e9es dans l\u2019ordre d\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

            <\/h3>\n

            5. Annulations & Remboursements<\/h3>\n

            Un remboursement est possible uniquement<\/strong> sur pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical, selon les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Plus de 2 mois avant l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement :<\/strong> 100 %<\/li>\n
            • Plus de 1 mois avant l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement :<\/strong> 50 %<\/li>\n
            • Plus de 2 semaines avant l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement :<\/strong> 25 %<\/li>\n
            • Apr\u00e8s cette p\u00e9riode :<\/strong> aucun remboursement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              En dehors de ces cas m\u00e9dicaux, l\u2019organisation ne proc\u00e8de pas \u00e0 de remboursement.<\/p>\n

              <\/h3>\n

              6. Cession de pass<\/h3>\n

              Les participants peuvent c\u00e9der leur pass en totalit\u00e9<\/strong>, sous les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n

                \n
              • le pass doit \u00eatre transmis \u00e0 une personne du m\u00eame r\u00f4le (lead\/follow)<\/strong> et du m\u00eame niveau<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
              • il faut envoyer un mail aux organisateurs indiquant le nom et l\u2019email de la personne qui reprend le pass ;<\/li>\n
              • les participants g\u00e8rent eux-m\u00eames la transaction financi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                La cession n\u2019est valid\u00e9e qu\u2019apr\u00e8s confirmation par l’\u00e9quipe organisatrice.<\/p>\n

                <\/h3>\n

                7. Photos & vid\u00e9os<\/h3>\n

                En participant au festival, vous acceptez d\u2019\u00eatre photographi\u00e9\u00b7e ou film\u00e9\u00b7e, et autorisez l\u2019Association Groov\u2019it \u00e0 utiliser ces images dans le cadre de la communication autour du festival et de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

                <\/h3>\n

                8. Modifications du programme<\/h3>\n

                L\u2019organisation se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier :<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • le programme,<\/li>\n
                • le planning des cours,<\/li>\n
                • les professeurs invit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n
                • les lieux, horaires ou tout autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment logistique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Toute modification sera communiqu\u00e9e d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n
